Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned geographical area. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of field sales experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of the local market in Chandigarh
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilites

Identify New Sales leads.

Must have laptop ( Optional) and own vehicle

Field Sales

Prospect for new Clients by networking.

Cold Calling.

Identify potential Clients, and the decision makers within the Client organization.

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the Company.

Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Companys practice leaders/Principals.

Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

Participate in pricing the solution/service.

Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.

Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships.

Should provide a concise description of the services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Represent the brand during all customer and prospect interactions
