Job Brief:
We're looking for a Field Sales Manager who will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of insurance sales agents to achieve sales targets.

• Prepared for Field Sales and Marketing Building relationships with advisors or managers through insurance policies Maximum Field Work and Hiring New Advisors
• Establish Business Objectives With Advisors
• Review often and establish new goals
• Sales of life policies of through the agency model.
Required Candidate profile
1. Qualification: Graduate
2. Experience: 2+ years in Any Field of Sales
3. Age: Min 21 Years - Max 38 Years
4. Two Wheeler Required
5. Must be Local

Pay: ?280,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
