Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching IT services, and closing deals. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients for IT services (software development, Web & App Development, Digital Marketing Services etc.). Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Achieve sales targets by executing strategic sales plans. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Understand client needs and offer customized IT service solutions. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to drive sales growth. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue projections. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in IT services. Strong knowledge of IT solutions, software development, and digital transformation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to travel for client meetings and business expansion. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
