We are looking for a Field Sales Intern to join our sales team and assist in building strong client relationships directly on-site and in the field. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in field sales within the construction sector.

Job Summary:
The Field Sales Intern will support our sales team by visiting client locations, engaging with potential clients, and understanding their project requirements. The role involves traveling within the designated area, making connections, and promoting Zuony Infra's construction services to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to prospective client locations to promote Zuony Infra's services and solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing information on company services and addressing inquiries
• Assist in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities in the field
• Support the sales team in scheduling and coordinating client meetings on-site
• Collect and report customer feedback to help the team refine sales strategies
• Work closely with the sales manager to track sales goals and document field activities
• Participate in field training to understand construction project details, enabling better communication with clients
• Attend industry events and networking sessions to expand company visibility and connect with potential clients

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confidence in interacting with clients in-person
• Comfortable traveling to different locations and engaging in outdoor activities
• Basic knowledge of sales principles; understanding of construction industry basics is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Pay: ?8,519.95 - ?20,000.00 per month
