Roles and Responsibilities

Lead Management and Qualification

Engage with inbound leads generated through various marketing channels (website, social media, referrals, etc.).

Assess customer requirements, budgets, and timelines to qualify leads for further sales discussions.

Utilize CRM tools to maintain and update lead information and status accurately.

Manage inbound leads generated through various marketing channels (website, social media,events, etc.).

Conduct initial conversations to assess client needs, budgets, timelines, and project scope.

Qualify leads and assign them to the appropriate sales or design team members.

Attend client meetings & take down MOMs

Client Interaction & EngagementAct as the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Provide detailed information about the organization's services, design processes, and pricingstructures.

Address initial queries and schedule follow-up meetings or consultations.

Build rapport with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.

Explain the organization's services, design process, and value proposition effectively.

Address initial client queries and set expectations for the next steps.

Coordination with Design and Sales Teams and Scheduling

Schedule consultations or site visits with qualified leads for senior sales or design teams.

Communicate client needs and preferences clearly to ensure seamless handoff to the design team.

Schedule appointments, site visits, or design consultations for qualified leads.

Coordinate with sales, design, and project management teams to ensure timely client interactionsand follow-ups

Maintain a calendar of activities and ensure deadlines are met.

Sales Target Achievement

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and follow-ups.

Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer value.

Support Sales Efforts - Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client interactions.Database Management and ReportingUpdate and maintain accurate records in CRM software.Track lead conversion rates, follow-up status, and pipeline metrics.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead progress and provide insights to the management team.Track and analyze lead conversion rates, response times, and other key metrics.Provide feedback on lead quality to marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Qualification:

GraduateExperience: 1-2 years in sales, customer service, or telecalling roles. Experience in interior design orrelated industries is a plus.

Experience: 1-2 years in sales coordination, customer service, or lead management roles. Prior experience in the interior design or real estate industry is an advantage.

Skills Required: A proactive and results-oriented approach to work. Ability to understand client requirements and match them with suitable services. Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret key metrics. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Working knowledge of ms office

Presentable and pleasing personality

Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
