Salary Range-Rs 18000 - Rs 25000/month + Incentive 10-15K (based on targets)

Experience Level-Entry / Mid (Fresher + upto 4 years exp)

Preferred Skills-Convincing power , Able to handle tricky ques / Pleasant Personality

Required Skills-Good English, B2B sales, Corporate client visit

Key Responsibilities-Conduct market visits to offices, corporates, and commercial spaces.

Assess client requirements and current leasing status.

Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Provide regular updates and reports on market trends and leasing prospects.

Collaborate with the leasing team to present proposals and close deals.

summary-We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to visit corporate offices, commercial spaces, and businesses to assess their leasing needs and identify potential opportunities for commercial space leasing. The ideal candidate will gather information on current leasing status, evaluate space requirements, and provide tailored leasing solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work independently while building relationships with clients in the market.
