Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and skilled Field Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new B2B customers, and managing long-term relationships with key accounts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with a strong ability to build relationships, drive sales, and provide solutions tailored to business clients. Your goal will be to expand our customer base and ensure sustained growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Acquisition:
• Identify and prospect potential business clients (SMEs, large enterprises, distributors, wholesalers, etc.) through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
• Engage with decision-makers in target organizations to uncover their business needs and introduce our solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
• Conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each business client.
• Understand client requirements and create customized proposals, negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.
• Present ROI-driven arguments to showcase the benefits of partnering with our company.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key B2B clients to ensure customer retention and repeat business.
• Act as the main point of contact for ongoing client communication, providing post-sale support and addressing issues or concerns promptly.
• Proactively manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Sales Pipeline Management:
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective B2B clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing and ensure consistent progress through CRM tools.
• Regularly track and report on pipeline activity, deal status, and sales performance metrics.
• Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to keep ahead of market developments.
• Gather insights and feedback from clients to influence product offerings, sales strategies, and marketing materials.
• Present market and competitor insights to the sales management team to refine strategy.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials that support the sales process.
• Work closely with the internal support and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on new business strategies and best practices.
• Field Travel:
• Travel regularly within the assigned geographical area to meet with potential and existing clients, attend trade shows, and engage in face-to-face networking.
• Utilize time management skills to prioritize high-value clients and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within your specific industry or a related sector (e.g., technology, manufacturing, software, services).
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively with senior decision-makers (C-suite, Directors, Managers).
• Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and post-sale account management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to understand and analyze business requirements and offer tailored solutions.
• Proactive, goal-driven, and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in field sales or account management.
• Prior experience in selling complex products/services to businesses is highly desirable.
