Job summary : As a Field Sales Representative , you'll be the face of our company, interacting directly with clients and prospects. Your mission? To drive revenue growth by build lasting relationships. Buckle up for an exciting journey that combines strategy, people skills, and a passion for results. Note: You would also be required to travel as per company's requirement.

Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategies and Planning :

• Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to your assigned territory.
• Identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and achieve collective goals.

2. Prospecting and Lead Generation :

• Hunt for new business by identifying potential clients.
• Cold call, network, and attend industry events to expand your pipeline.
• Qualify leads and prioritize follow-ups based on potential value.

3. Client Relationship Building :

• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients.
• Understand their needs, pain points, and business objectives.
• Provide personalized solutions that address their unique challenges.

4. Sales Techniques and Presentations :

• Master various sales techniques, from consultative selling to solution-based approaches.
• Deliver compelling presentations that showcase our products or services.
• Adapt your pitch to resonate with different client personas.

5. Innovative Approaches :

• Think creatively! Explore unconventional ways to engage prospects.
• Leverage social media, referrals, and partnerships to expand your reach.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt your approach accordingly.

6. Sales Metrics and Reporting :

• Set clear sales targets and track your progress.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Regularly report on your performance to sales management.

7. Market Research and Competitor Analysis :

• Keep a finger on the pulse of your industry.
• Understand market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Use this knowledge to refine your sales strategies.

Requirements

• Experience : Proven track record in sales (field sales experience preferred).
• Travel : Must be able to travel for business purpose.
• Quota Achievement : Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or surpass sales targets.
• CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-Driven : Motivated by challenges and hungry for success.
• Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent (business-related fields preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
