Job Responsibility:

• Client Acquisition: Prospect and convert potential customers into active clients through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve collective goals and initiatives.
• Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales processes, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in a field sales capacity.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
