Job title - Field Sales Executive

Job Location - Kolkata, West Bengal

Office timings - 10 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Education Requirements - Minimum Bachelor's degree required

Experience requirements - 1 to 3 years of experience in Field Sales

Familiar with the work location. ( Kolkata, Tripura, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram)

Job description -

1. To promote Company's products to SME's and Industries in the assigned territory by using sales and marketing tools.

2. To generate sales for LPG/Propane vaporizer's and other products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects

3. Achieve individual targets and grow account profitability, while maintaining a high service standard and compliance.

4. Develop prospective customer, identify needs, and understand the brand and industry, competitors.

5. Take responsibility of New/Existing client by providing support, information and guidance on timely basis focusing on best service and high customer satisfaction.

6. Recording client feedback, market information (If any)

7. Maintaining periodic status reports, activity report and calls/follow-ups reports.

8.Answers/reroutes all client queries, gathers market and client information, researches and analyses sales option and behaves in a way that is compliant with company guidelines and policies, especially those relating ethics and codes of conduct.

9. Explains and coordinate with production team and clients to ensure timely logistics and delivery and to eliminate delays and resolve complaints to ensure successful completion of job/s undertaken.

10. Coordinates with accounts team for timely billing of the Invoice as well as follow up with clients for timely payment collection

11. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Salary Range - 15,000 to 20,000 per month (Incentives will be discussed during the Interview process)
