Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through client acquisition, market research, and lead generation. This role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

•Responsibilities: •

• Client Acquisition: Conduct market research and lead generation to identify and acquire new clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers using CRM tools and techniques.
• Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiation: Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Account Management: Manage client accounts and territories to maximize sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively address client needs.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market trend analysis and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry developments.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
• Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management.

•Annual Salary: • ?250,000-?300,000

•Preferred Degree: • BBA/MBA

•Additional: •

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic financial acumen.
• Confidence skills (MUST HAVE)
• Excellent convincing skills/Client handling and visits (MUST HAVE)
• Incentives (MUST HAVE)
• Must be fluent in Hindi (MUST HAVE)
• For pan India customer base
• Monday to Saturday, 8-hour duty
• Male candidates preferred (Must own a two-wheeler)

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
