We are expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Field and Sales Executive to join us and drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management.
Job Summary
As a Field and Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our signage and outdoor advertising products and services. You will work both in the field and office, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and present tailored advertising solutions that meet their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and client outreach.
Develop and present customized signage and outdoor advertising solutions that align with client branding goals and budget.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage accounts to exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, designers, and operations to ensure successful campaign execution.
Conduct site surveys and read blueprints or technical documents as needed.
Maintain and expand the client database within the assigned territory.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and results using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new sales techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in signage, outdoor advertising, or related fields.
Strong ability to sell value-based solutions rather than just price.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and conduct site surveys is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge or interest in design, architecture, or graphics is advantageous.
