Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify potential customers through market research, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for sales opportunities across city/state/country.
  • Presentation: Conduct sales presentations showcasing the features and value of the company\'s gearbox products.
  • Proposal Development: Create customized sales proposals and quotes to meet customer needs.
  • Negotiation: Maximize revenue by negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions of sales agreements.
  • Customer Relations: Regularly visit customers, address concerns, and provide technical support.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Payment Management: Ensure timely client payments as per committed terms.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when necessary.
Requisite Skills:
  • Strong technical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
