Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Create tailored sales presentations that address client needs and showcase our products/services.
• Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and identify trends that could impact sales opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that drive brand awareness.
• Provide regular feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
• Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• A minimum of X years of experience in field sales or similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills; ability to work independently in the field.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed within designated territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?26,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
