Salary CTC : 4.2 to 4.8 lac p.a. plus DA+ Incentive

Salary Depends on candidate Profile / Experience / Skills

Max Age: 40

Must: F & B Minimum 3 to 5 years

Must have face value & good relations in the assigned area op

Must have two wheeler

Qualification: Minimum Any Graduate / MBA

Role & Responsibility

1-Must able to appoint distributors in his assigned area

2-Will be handling 24 Beats and 720 O/L

3-Maximum : 2 to 4 Distributors has to be Handled

4-Maximum : 2 to 4 TSI has to be Handled

5-Has to maintain beat wise available outlets data of all distributors

6-Has to maintain outlets placement data with off take and repeat sales of all distributors

7-Has to maintain Stock Sales ( Primary /Secondary / Closing stocks of assigned distributor

8-Has to ensure his primary & secondary targets achieved month on month basis

9-Has to maintain attendance norms as per HR instruction

10-Need to share 8 hrs live location for 10 am to 6.30 pm

11-Has to ensure all Trade Scheme/ Samples should pass on to the retailer and consumers

12-Damages/expiry/ Quality issue has to be updated on time to the company

13-Has to ensure his all team members should be working as per company norms

14-Has to mange all promotional activities in his area
