Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Field Sales Executive with experience in real estate to join our team. The role involves meeting potential clients, showcasing properties, and driving sales through excellent client engagement and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and present real estate offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide property details, arrange site visits, and assist clients in decision-making.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and on-ground activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications:
Experience in real estate sales or a similar field is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Basic understanding of the local real estate market.
Salary:
?10,000 - ?75,000 per month (fixed) plus performance-based incentives and travel allowances.
