Roles and Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and social media
Identify and meet potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable products/services
Deliver product presentations and demonstrations at client sites
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Provide feedback to the management on market trends, competition, and customer needs
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (field sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
High school diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
