Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated Field Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our Heat Pump products. The role involves generating leads, conducting product demos, building client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to increase product awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and target potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial) for heat pump products.

? Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on benefits and energy efficiency.

? Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing post-sale support.

? Implement field marketing strategies and attend events to promote the brand.

? Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.

Qualifications:

? 2-4 Years of experience in field sales, preferably in HVAC or renewable energy.

? Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

? Knowledge of heat pumps or energy-efficient technologies is a plus.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
