• Responsible for Coordinating with the Existing as well as new clients of the company
• Achieving sales targets in assigned territory.
• Generation Of New Enquiries and Orders related to flooring treatment
• Responsible for Meeting the new target customers and converting them into customers
• Responsible of increase service sales like AMC, O & M Contracts
• Responsible for Payment Collection.
• Organizing Events like customer meet, service camp to attract more customers
• Meeting Customers on daily basis and helping them to solve their problem in floor treatment
• Making daily reports and sending them to Seniors
• Attending meetings & monthly closing at Branch Office
• Managing service franchisees operation as per the guidelines & norms of the company
• Monitoring & supporting to service franchise to lead generation/enquiry generation activities.
• Conversion of lead/enquiries in to sales
• Sales promotion activities
• Training and motivation of franchisee team
• Development and growth of franchisees/dealers
• Technical presentation/discussion with customers
• Development of unrepresented areas through appointment of new franchisees
Qualifications
------------------

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill.
• Should be able to independently handle customer interaction for technical & commercial negotiations
• Should have strong affinity towards service business
• Responsible for Order and Payment Collection.
• Reporting on a periodical basis to Seniors
• Technical knowledge related to floor treatment will be added advantage.
• Willing to travel to other locations.
