Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive at Prime Power Systems, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through direct sales and client engagement. Your main responsibility will be to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with customers in your designated territory, promoting our products and solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Management:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Sales Planning & Execution:
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Product Knowledge:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Prime Power Systems' products and solutions.
• Educate clients on product features, benefits, and applications to meet their needs.
• Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the sales manager.
• Collaboration & Support:
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional events.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
