A field sales executive for personal loans, Business loans, RDs, and FDs typically has the following responsibilities:

• Prospecting : Identify new clients and form joint liability groups
• Loan documentation : Complete loan documentation
• Managing relationships : Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Negotiating : Negotiate deals to achieve sales targets
• Advising : Stay informed about financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements to advise clients
• Customer relationship management : Explain product offerings and resolve sales queries
• Cross-selling : Educate customers about product offerings
• Visiting clients : Visit potential customers to develop business
• Collecting dues : Collect current and overdue dues from customers
• Disbursements : Collect KYC documents and assist with disbursement activities
