Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive will generate new business and manage existing client accounts within the electrical sector. This role involves traveling to client sites, understanding their electrical needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical systems and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Identify and target potential clients in the industrial, commercial, or residential electrical markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct site visits to understand client needs and recommend appropriate electrical products and solutions.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Present and demonstrate electrical products and solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Market Research and Reporting:
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback to the company on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Technical Support and Consultation:
• Offer technical support and guidance to clients regarding electrical products and solutions.
• Collaborate with the engineering and technical teams to address client queries and resolve issues.
• Ensure clients receive appropriate training and support on the use of electrical products.
• Customer Service and Follow-Up:
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales or fresher within the electrical industry or related technical field.
• Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, products, and applications.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
