Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone. The telesales executives responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.

Role & responsibilities

1. Target and gain new clients for business growth.

2. Generate reports for effective marketing and sales planning.

3. Maintain a relationship with the existing customer and focus to make new clients and so increase the sales of the company.

4. Negotiate payment and pricing with the customer on behalf of the company and thus makes the deal favorable for both customer and the organization.

5. Travel to different locations to client, arrange meetings with them and to make them agree to buy the products or services offered by the company.

6. To maintain a long-lasting relationship, evaluate customer skills and demands.

7. Conduct presentations and demonstration of the company product.

8. To nurture a relationship with the client by regular and consistent follow- up.

9. Develop a sales strategy to generate the business lead for the company.

10. Excellent product or services knowledge and updated with the latest trends in the industry.

11. Meet sales target and close the deal at a top rate.

12. Knowledge of the company product, to educate the customer with the benefits of the services.

Preferred candidate profile

Age : Above 28 years.

Qualification: Any Post Graduate / Any Diploma /Any BE /Any MBA.

Languages: Marathi, Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam.
