### Job Role: Field Sales Executive in the New Tyre and Tyre Retreading Industry
Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive in the new tyre and tyre retreading industry, you will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting products to clients across various sectors. Your role will involve extensive travel within your designated territory to engage with potential and existing customers, including dealerships, garages, and fleet operators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the tyre market, focusing on both new tyres and retreaded products.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product specifications, features, and benefits of new and retreaded tyres to effectively communicate with customers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences, providing feedback to the management team.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the advantages of your product offerings.
- Order Management: Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers, coordinating with logistics as needed.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Promotional Activities: Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products and increase brand visibility.
Skills Required:
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business in a field sales environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and present products.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with tyre specifications, retreading processes, and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, tyre, or related industries.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
