We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our team and help expand our market presence in the region.
Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of Vadhughar Spices' products in the FMCG market. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers, driving the sales of our products and increasing brand visibility in the region. You will also work closely with the sales team to achieve company goals and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Development:
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers in the FMCG sector in Sambalpur and surrounding areas.
• Promote Vadhughar Spices products (spices and spice powders) to customers, ensuring high product visibility and consistent sales growth.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service standards are met.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, gather feedback, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Market Insights & Reporting:
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer demands to stay ahead in the competitive FMCG landscape.
• Provide regular feedback to the sales manager regarding sales performance, challenges, and opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market data.
• Promotions & Product Visibility:
• Ensure proper display and promotion of Vadhughar Spices products at retail and distributor locations.
• Conduct promotional campaigns, demonstrations, and events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirements:
• Experience:
• Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the spices or food product sector, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience in handling distributors, retail clients, and customers in a field sales role.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Excellent public relations and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of the local market dynamics and customer preferences in Sambalpur and surrounding areas.
• Additional Requirements:
• A valid driving license (personal vehicle is a must for this role).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
• Ability to handle and manage fuel, cell, and internet bills for work-related tasks.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Fixed Salary + Incentives : Attractive incentive structure with earnings of Rs. 20,000+ based on performance.
