Job Summary
Growth System ERP Expert is seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales for our ERP solutions. This role requires individuals who are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by visiting potential clients in the assigned territory.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain the benefits of our ERP solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the internal team to develop sales strategies and resolve client issues.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proven experience in field sales or similar roles (ERP/Software solutions experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
