Position Overview:
Alida Projects is seeking a highly motivated FMCG Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales in the field, expanding the customer base, and promoting our FMCG products in your designated area. You will work closely with retailers, distributors, and customers to ensure the company's products are available, visible, and well-represented in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Target Achievement: Drive and meet monthly sales targets through direct sales, promotions, and relationship building with customers in the field.
• Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients (retailers, wholesalers, etc.) to increase sales coverage and market penetration.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and develop new customer relationships to expand the business.
• Product Distribution & Placement: Ensure effective product placement in retail outlets, ensuring maximum visibility and accessibility of FMCG products.
• Promotion of Products: Actively promote and demonstrate the benefits of products to customers, ensuring proper marketing and promotional material is distributed and used effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, new accounts, and transactions. Submit weekly and monthly reports to the sales manager.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and trends in the market to identify new sales opportunities or threats.
• Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, addressing any issues related to outstanding invoices.
• After-Sales Support: Provide post-sales support and follow-up with customers to address queries or concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Education: Minimum 10+2 (Higher secondary education); a bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade customers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently in the field.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Others:
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, Excel) for reporting purposes.
