Position Overview: We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated Field Sales Executives to join the Avyya team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through direct interaction with B2B customers such as distributors, retail store owners, and other potential business partners. This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication, relationship-building skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including distributors, retail stores, and other business partners across Jaipur and also across the state.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Drive sales by securing orders and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Travel extensively within the state to meet clients and manage territory effectively.
• Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to clients about Avyya's products.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with the company's sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Regularly update the management team on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in field sales or B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG or beauty/cosmetics industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Jaipur and nearby regions.
• A valid driver's license is a must.
Compensation:
• Competitive base salary.
