Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Client Meetings: Conduct property viewings and meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase properties and their benefits.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive offerings to effectively position our listings.
Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Documentation: Assist clients with paperwork, contracts, and legal requirements related to property transactions.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients throughout the buying process, ensuring a positive experience.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
-Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
-Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
