Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Retail Vertical

Location: Hyderabad
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Immediate Joiners preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in the Retail vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring product visibility across retail outlets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Drive sales by visiting retail stores, wholesalers, and other potential customers in the assigned territory.
• Promote the company's products/services to retailers and encourage them to stock and sell the products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by customers promptly and professionally.
• Market Research & Feedback:
• Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to help refine sales strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities, product trends, and customer preferences in the retail space.
• Product Knowledge & Training:
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
• Provide training and demonstrations to retailers on product features and benefits.
• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports.
• Provide daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Promotions & Merchandising:
• Coordinate promotional activities and ensure the products are well displayed at retail locations.
• Ensure that stock levels are maintained and manage inventory at retail outlets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
