Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive with 6-7 years of expertise in retail stationery sales. The
role involves on boarding vendors, managing payment collections, interacting with distributors, and overseeing
vendor operations in nearby districts. Strong sales skills and vendor management experience are essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
? Sales and Business Development:
? Drive sales in the retail sector for stationery products, ensuring monthly and annual targets are met.
? Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, vendors, and retailers.
? Identify potential markets and explore opportunities to expand the customer base.
? Vendor Management:
? Onboard and manage vendors effectively to ensure timely availability of products.
? Hire and manage vendors for out-of-Hyderabad areas to cater to regional sales needs.
? Payment Collection:
? Collect payments from distributors and retailers as per the agreed timelines.
? Maintain accurate records of collections and follow up on pending payments.
? District Coverage:
? Travel extensively within Hyderabad and nearby districts (100+ km radius) to build and maintain a strong retail
network.
? Monitor the sales performance in these areas and implement strategies for growth.
? Market Interaction:
? Engage with distributors and retailers to gather market intelligence, understand customer needs, and ensure smooth
product availability.
? Address queries and concerns of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
? Reporting and Coordination:
? Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management team, detailing achievements, challenges, and upcoming plans.
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain management and operational efficiency.
? Promotions and Branding:
? Execute promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team to boost product visibility and sales.
? Provide feedback on promotional campaigns and suggest improvements based on field observations.
Key Skills and Competencies:
? Proven experience in retail sector sales, specifically stationery products.
? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to onboard and manage vendors effectively.
? Proficiency in payment collection and financial record-keeping.
? Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets.
? Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and nearby districts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?19,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
