Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Rourkela, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Sambalpur.

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify Sales Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Customer Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, presenting the company's products or services and addressing any questions or concerns.

Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

Prepare and Deliver Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals tailored to customer needs.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer information, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.

Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure profitable sales and long-term relationships.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress toward targets in sales meetings and reports.

Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitors to develop effective strategies for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.

Post-Sales Support: Work with the customer service team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to match them with the company's offerings.

4. Persuasive and confident with the ability to build rapport quickly.

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Education: Graduation in any stream

Experience: 2 years experience in sales (Loan & Vehicle Showroom)

Salary: 15,000/- to 20,000/- (as per experience) Plus incentive

Timing: 9:30am to 6:30pm

ONLY FOR MALE CANDIDATES.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Weekend availability

• Commission pay
• Performance bonus
