Position \xe2\x80\x93 Sales Engineer. (Industrial Sales) Education \xe2\x80\x93 BSC, Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, BBA, Diploma in Engineering, or a related field. Experience \xe2\x80\x93 2 years to 6 years of experiences. Location \xe2\x80\x93 Pune. Facilities \xe2\x80\x93

Preferred Skillset \xe2\x80\x93 Strong Previous experience in Sales & Marketing in Industrial Products / Capital goods. Previous Sales experience in Air Compressor, HVAC segment, STP, Waste water, WTP, Motor, Gears, Industrial boilers, Industrial equipment & Industrial machines will put advantage. Must have Industrial Sales experiences. Supplementary Requirement \xe2\x80\x93 Willingness to travel in Different Industrial Sectors/MIDC for lead generation. Must have Bike/Scooty/Car and License. Position Overview : Candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing technical expertise to our customers. Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing New Market & Lead generation. Candidate will provide Technical briefing to Clients. Key Responsibilities :
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing & renewing orders, completing sales, & arranging deliveries.
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company\'s products & services to customers & Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
  • Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.
  • Develop new market, generates new leads in Market.
  • Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favorable agreement for both parties.
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
  • You will be an important face of the brand to our customers and you will develop and maintain good customer relationships in the local market.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
