Job Description

Experience : 3-4 Years in field sales

Salary : ?25,000 - ?30,000 per month

Additional Benefits : Fuel Allowance

Requirement : Candidate must own a bike

Education : Any graduation

Note : Experience in solar and electrical products will be added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Selling: Effectively communicate product benefits and features to potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations to create a better understanding of offerings.
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through online and offline channels. Build a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure a steady sales funnel.
• Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads and convert them into paying customers. Address customer objections and provide appropriate solutions to close deals.
• Deal Closing: Negotiate and finalize deals with precision. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction during the sales process.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas. Plan strategies and take proactive measures to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Field Sales & Location Awareness: Conduct regular field visits to meet clients face-to-face. Stay updated with the local market trends and competitors.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Act as the primary point of contact for post-sale inquiries and feedback.
• Market Research and Feedback: Collect insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitors. Provide actionable feedback to the marketing and product teams.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Continuous Learning and Upskilling: Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Attend training programs and sales workshops as required.

Requirements:

• Languages: Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Mandatory : Own a bike with a valid driving license.
• Skills:

oExcellent communication and negotiation skills.

o Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management abilities.

o Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented approach.

o Effective time management and organizational skills.

o Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and customer needs.
