• Identifying potential students through market research,social media,networking, seminar, Camps, Door to Door and other methods.
• Reaching out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Providing detailed information about the training programs, courses, schedules, and benefits.
• Answering inquiries from prospective students and their parents or guardians.
• Generating leads through various marketing and promotional activities.
• Following up with leads to nurture their interest and guide them through the admissions process.
• Assisting with the application process, including form submission and documentation.
• Networking with educational consultants and other stakeholders to drive admissions.
• Managing the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
• Ensuring all required documents are collected and verified for each applicant.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KRA related to admissions.
• Preparing regular reports on admissions statistics, conversion rates, and other metrics.
• Maintaining accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and enrollments in the CRM system.
