Key Responsibilities of a Sales Executive (Field Job):
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify potential customers through field visits, networking, and market research.
• Engage with leads provided by the company, follow up consistently, nurture them into potential business opportunities, and guide them to conversion as dealers while maintaining effective communication.
• Maintain a database of prospective clients and regularly update it.
Sales Achievement:
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals within the designated territory.
• Regularly monitor performance and devise strategies to achieve sales objectives.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Visit clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Product Presentation and Demonstration:
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to explain product features and benefits.
• Highlight unique selling points to differentiate products from competitors.
Order Processing and Documentation:
• Ensure accurate completion of sales orders, contracts, and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order fulfillment and after-sales support.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
• Provide feedback and insights to the management team to improve offerings.
Customer Support and Problem Resolution:
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.

Reporting and Communication:

Adherence to Policies:
