• Working with customers to close deals and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Achieving monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets.
4. Market Research and Reporting
• Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product/service portfolio.
• Providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
5. Relationship Building and Account Management
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients.
• Following up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and generate repeat business.
• Handling post-sale support to ensure clients' needs are met.
6. Sales Administration
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and customer data in CRM systems.
• Preparing regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
• Updating and managing a sales pipeline to track progress.
7. Product Knowledge and Training
• Continuously improving product knowledge to better meet client needs and respond to inquiries.
• Attending company training sessions and staying updated on new product launches or enhancements.
8. Territory Management
• Effectively managing an assigned geographic area, balancing new business development with existing customer maintenance.
• Maximizing sales coverage and identifying high-potential clients in the territory.
9. Collaboration with Other Teams
• Collaborating with the marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure a consistent and unified customer experience.
• Sharing insights with the internal team to improve offerings and sales strategies.
10. Travel and Flexibility
• Regularly traveling within the assigned territory for face-to-face meetings with clients.
