Job Description

Educational Qualification :

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with potential clients in the Indore region. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development :

• Actively approach potential clients (individual investors, traders, and financial institutions) to promote StockDaddy's products and services.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.
• Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing their queries and providing timely solutions.

Market Research :

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to enhance the company's product portfolio.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.

Sales Reporting :

• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Brand Representation :

• Represent StockDaddy at industry events, networking functions, and meetings, promoting our services and building brand visibility.

Customer Education :

• Educate potential and existing clients on StockDaddy's products and services, providing demonstrations and presentations when necessary.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate in any discipline. A background in finance or business is an added advantage.:
• 6 months-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the financial services, technology, or software industry.
• Experience in selling financial products or services is highly preferred.

Skills :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and convert leads into sales.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and goal-focused.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of financial markets and stock trading will be an advantage.

Location :

• The position requires traveling within Indore to meet potential clients, attend events, and conduct sales activities.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary with attractive incentives and commissions based on performance.
