We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging directly with potential and existing clients in the field. You will focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets in your designated area. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a passion for face-to-face sales and a track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue potential clients through field visits and networking.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products/services to new and existing clients.
• Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to shape sales strategies.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of offerings.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals. Submit regular reports to management.
• Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and relay information to internal teams to improve product and service offerings.
• Travel: Travel within the designated area to meet with clients and close sales deals.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic market and competitive environment.
