We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within a specific geographic region. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation : Identify and approach potential clients in assigned areas to generate new business opportunities.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Product Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
• Market Research : Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
• Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM software.
• Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability.
