Role Summary



Understand the needs of Customers and execute the strategies to maximize OrthoHeal innovation's access to patients and overall business development.

Accountabilities



Visiting Targeted Customers (Orthopedic Trauma Surgeons) in assigned geography and promote, demonstrate Orthoheal products. Identify prospective customers from various sources within and outside organization and engage with presentations and demonstration of the products. End to end management of Customer relations and legitimate needs through right identification of challenges, belief, motivators for using OrthoHeal products. Complete understanding of Orthopedic account ecosystem, account/customer/patient persona-based solution to use the products. Contribute to the organization's understanding of the patient journey and customer buying process (treatment protocols/decision criteria etc) and motivators. Be the one point of contact for product related query resolution of the HCPs. Improve adoption of Orthoheal innovation by building conviction on Orthoheal
Innovation by serving timely, ensuring proper demonstrations.

To learn and educate the practical application of the product to the technicians and relevant stakeholders at the new accounts to ensure proper usage without challenges. Accountable for overall patient and business impact from the customer and actively contributes to the Business Development. Contribute to the Marketing initiatives and national business plans for OrthoHeal. Appoint and Establish relationships with distribution partners, for better access in the Market and to build sustainable long-term partnership. Arrange proper communications from the relevant stakeholders within the organization with KOL's and Distribution partners for Meetings, training and engagements. Responsible for the successful implementation of commercial strategies and payments from the existing distribution partners Responsible for maintaining and managing inventories at all levels in the assigned geography and generating the demand. Execute 30-60-90 days plan w.r.t no of products used, no of users and no of customers met.

Key decision makers and influencers Orthopedic Surgeons, other stakeholders like Procurement Lead, Med. Suprtd. etc. HCPs, HODs, Head Nursing, Paramedics. Distribution Partners and the relevant stakeholders from the distribution channel.

Eligibility Criteria (Qualification and Experience)



Educational Qualification



Science Graduate/B.Pharma (Must meet) MBA equivalent (optional)

Overall Work Experience



Two plus years in customer facing role (preferably in Orthopedic market)

Technical / Functional



Understanding of key account management. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Selling skills and process Understanding of project management and productivity tool Open to relocation
