Shish Group seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned region to promote and sell premium home and commercial products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and address customer needs.
Identify sales opportunities and negotiate terms to close sales.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements:
BBA,MBA or related education background are preferable.
0-6 month of experience in field sales or a similar role is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
