Job description

Role & responsibility

Appointing new dealers & distributors Taking orders for the sale of implements from dealers Keep up-to-date on products & competitor products Maintaining dealer relationship should be well versed with the local market Conducting Sales Pitch, Product Demos & handling questions and objections of prospective customers. Generate leads through various channels through cold callings, networking & referrals. Close sales deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines & to ensure customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service and support. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
Qualifications

Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle. Fluency in English and Hindi, with additional local language skills a plus.
