Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Field Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales efforts in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, managing sales activities on the ground, and achieving business objectives. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to deliver exceptional value to customers and meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify decision-makers within target leads and initiate the sales process.
• Build a strong pipeline by penetrating targeted accounts and generating sales opportunities for the company's products and services.
• Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
• Plan and execute field visits to deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations on a regular basis.
• Articulate the value proposition effectively to address client needs and concerns.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Closure and Follow-Up:
• Conduct systematic follow-ups with client organizations to drive sales pitches to time-bound closures.
• Negotiate terms and ensure all payments are collected in line with the company's policies.
• Team Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal support teams to deliver the best service experience to clients.
• Provide feedback and insights to refine sales strategies and processes.
• Process Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure strict adherence to sales processes and company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
• Achievement of Business Goals:
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as per the business plan.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Skills:
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
