Job Responsibility
Market Penetration:
• Conduct extensive field visits to identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on untapped opportunities.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients into long-term partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans with clear goals and timelines.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products/services during client interactions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and performance metrics.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
