Job Title : - Field Sales Executive

Location - Shivaji Nagar

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves actively seeking out and engaging with prospective customers, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a Field Sales Executive, you will represent the company, promote its products or services, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales and Client Acquisition :
• Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and field presentations.
• Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospects to demonstrate and promote products or services.
• Customer Relationship Management :
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Address client queries and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
• Market Research and Analysis :
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities.
• Gather feedback from customers to enhance the product or service offering.
• Sales Reporting :
• Prepare regular sales activity reports, including customer feedback, opportunities, and challenges.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
• Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Key Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
