Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Building a sustainable Sales pipeline and use Compass for all data management.
New lead generation & follow up.
Conducting meetings with prospects
Pursuing existing renewals.
Achievement of Revenue numbers through Corporate Business Development
Relationship Management with Clients
Building strong network within Insurers / TPA
Core Capabilities (Knowledge, Skills, Additional Behaviours)
Target (Sales number) focused.
Understanding and Mapping of market.
Networking & Relationship building with good people to people skills.
Ability to be an effective team player.
Versatility & Adaptability.
Business Communication and Technology tools knowledge.
Manage the sales pipeline and source leads.
Setting up meetings with potential clients and closing deals
Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence and information.
End to end sales (Lead generation, Cold Calling, Scheduling Appointments, Demonstrating the products and closing of the deal).
Should be comfortable going on field and traveling at the assigned area allocated (70 to 80% travel)
