Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Toy Segment)
Location: Camp, Pune.
Experience: 1 to 4 Years.
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Survey:
• Conduct market surveys to understand consumer needs and preferences.
• Gather insights on competitors' products and pricing strategies.
• Identify opportunities for introducing new products based on retailer feedback.
Retailer Engagement:
• Visit toy shops and engage with retailers to understand their requirements.
• Introduce Anduril's toy products and educate retailers about our unique selling points, including safety certifications and educational value.
• Convince retailers to stock and promote our brand in their stores.
Distributor Appointment and Channel Development:
• Meet with big distributors to present Anduril's product range and value proposition.
• Negotiate terms and onboard distributors to ensure smooth supply chains to retailers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
Sales Negotiation and Closure:
• Negotiate pricing, margins, and payment terms with retailers and distributors.
• Close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Supply Chain and Stock Management:
• Ensure timely supply of products to retailers and distributors.
• Monitor stock levels at retail counters and prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations.
• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve supply chain issues and ensure uninterrupted service.
Brand Visibility and Market Penetration:
• Ensure Anduril's products are available at every retail counter in the assigned market.
• Work on strategies to maximize brand visibility and sales.
Customer Support and Relationship Management:
• Provide excellent after-sales service to retailers and distributors.
• Address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain strong business relationships.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the toy or FMCG sector.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Benefits:

• Office Timing: Day, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Salary from Rs. 2.40 LPA to Rs. 3.60 LPA + Incentive + Travel Allowance + Health Insurance.
