Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Field Sales Executive with expertise in the textile and apparel industry to drive business-to-business (B2B) sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, and the capability to operate two-wheelers and four-wheelers with a valid license.
Key Responsibilities
• B2B Sales and Client Management:
• Identify and target potential clients in the textile and apparel industry, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term business partnerships.
• Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective clients using persuasive sales techniques.
• Market Research and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Order Management and Follow-up:
• Facilitate the end-to-end sales process, including generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Travel and Mobility:
• Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and conduct sales activities.
• Use company-provided or personal vehicles (two-wheelers and four-wheelers) for client visits, maintaining compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports and share insights with management.
• Product Knowledge and Training:
• Stay updated on the latest product developments, trends, and industry standards.
• Provide clients with in-depth information about products, including specifications, pricing, and benefits.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textile, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience in the textile and apparel industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of textile and apparel products and their market applications.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Driving Skills:
• Must have a valid license to drive both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
• Prior experience managing travel-intensive roles effectively.
