Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. This on-field role drives brand awareness and promotes our textile products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and be passionate about the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct field research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the textile sector.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

Promotional Activities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events to enhance product visibility and brand recognition.

Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and maximizing market penetration.

Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on market activities, customer interactions, and competitor insights to the management team.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product developments, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (production, design, and logistics) to ensure alignment on customer requirements and delivery timelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably within the textile or manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in an on-field setting.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Willingness to travel frequently as required.
